Katrina Yde provides individual and group therapy focusing on issues related to mental health and addictions.
I am dually licensed as a mental health and addictions counselor. I offer individual and group therapy to adults. I have had training in Gottman Level 1, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My background includes work in the legal field, corrections, case management, residential, inpatient, and outpatient treatment.

Forward Counseling is located in the Heather Ridge Office Park, just south of the intersection of 69th Street and Western Avenue. There is signage on the monument on Western and La Quinta as well as on the office building. All correspondence will be returned as soon as possible.
