A monthly meeting designed to educate on a variety of topics related to mental health and wellness. This group allows for individual learning with educational materials and an individual consultation to discuss matters related. Designed to support those working to recover from issues related to mental health. A strong emphasis placed on self-awareness, emotional development, and relapse prevention.
