Katrina Yde provides individual and group therapy focusing on issues related to mental health and addictions.
I am dually licensed as a mental health and addictions counselor. I offer individual and group therapy to adults. I have had training in Gottman Level 1, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My background includes work in the legal field, corrections, case management, residential, inpatient, and outpatient treatment.

Forward Counseling is located between Minnesota Avenue and Phillips Avenue on 39th Street. In order to respect confidentiality, there is parking and a private entrance located in the back of the facility. All correspondence will be returned as soon as possible. In the event of an emergency, please contact law enforcement or go to the nearest medical facility.
